Prepping for the big party

At the Costello Group, we believe selling a house is more than throwing a sign in the ground and putting it on the internet. We carefully work with our clients to formulate a marketing plan specific to each client. Each person has a different motivation for selling. Based on that motivation is what helps us craft our plan to get their house sold. We take into consideration timing, market economics, neighborhood, house style and condition into formulating our strategy. Whether we use Concierge, videos, floorplans and even open houses, it is all considered when crafting our listing strategy.
For the particular client highlighted in the video, we wanted to show that the neighborhood was a walk-able, vibrant community. Buyers are very visual so we wanted to show a future homeowner how it would look furnished thus we had it staged. We then took it a step further and threw an open house party to show buyers how it would feel as a homeowner when they would be entertaining guests.
We had a great turn out of buyers and realtors and it was even published in Philly Mag! It went under contract shortly after the open house.
